We will start taking orders for the 2008 season
in late July and August. Send me an e-mail or
web inquiry and I'll include you in next year's
announcement.
Orders are taken for whole and 1/2 beef. We will
use the butcher of your choice. If you do not know
what butchers are available, we will supply you with a
list. We deliver the animal to the butcher, you will
get with the butcher with cutting instructions then
pick up the processed meat when it is ready.
Grass fed beef is lean and very high in Omega 3
fatty acids. For more information on the nutritional
advantages of grass fed beef refer to Jo Robinson's
excellent articles at www.eatwild.com.
We do not use finisher or feed our cattle corn or
other products to fatten them before butchering. We
use no hormones, growth stimulants or antibiotics.
